Fly fisherman

Your dad taught you how to fly fish in the local streams when you were only 14. Eastern Pennsylvania is where you grew up and have chosen to stay. You are a member of the local fisherman's club and support watershed conservation groups. You have a personal interest in protecting the streams and the trout that live in them. However, you do not believe that tax payers should be held responsible for the mistakes of the coal industry. You are aware of the different types of treatment options that are available and you believe that active or chemical treatment is the best way to go.
