Canal Park boat access
40 35' 89 N
75 26' 78 W

The City of Allentown maintains a public access point for boaters. Many fisherman, canoers and kayakers frequent Canal Park to enjoy the scenic stretch of river that flows through the center of industrial Allentown. While on the river, it is easy to get lost in the impressive scenery and magnificent wildlife, including great blue heron, osprey, red-tailed hawks, American kestrels, muskrats, beaver, woodchuck, wild turkey, and a variety of ducks and other wildlife.
