Malibu

34 02' 35 N

This beach in Malibu shows how rocks and cobble stones appear as beach sand is swept away and never replenished. The protective sandy beach has completely been swept away at some parts in front of the cliff. A small seawall was constructed at the base of the cliff to protect it from ocean wave erosion.
